Here are just a few samples of the EagleTracks interface that makes keeping track
of your golf club, league or tournament easy. It doesn't take a computer geek to
make this program work for you.
|
| EagleTracks'
home page gives the league/tournament administrator access to all
administrative functions.
Individual players are assigned
permissions by the site administrator. Based on these permissions each
player may only be able to add and remove themselves from scheduled
games or they may have full administration permissions for all areas of
the program.
Games (tee times) are displayed by date
and time. |
 |
|
| EagleTracks'
course administration allows the site administrator (or other player
with course administration permissions) to add, edit and delete courses.
Enter the slope and rating for each
course to allow EagleTracks to maintain an ongoing handicap for each
player in the club or league (not available for tournaments). Handicaps
are calculated using USGA guidelines. |
 |
|
| EagleTracks'
games administration allows the site administrator (or other player with
administration permissions) to add, edit and delete games (Tee Times).
Enter as many tee times as you need.
There are no limits. |
 |
|
| EagleTracks'
player administration allows the site administrator (or other player
with player administration permissions) to add, edit and delete members.
Alternate members are restricted to when
they can sign up for any game by a number of hours as specified by the
site administration in the Group Administration area.
Members that are listed as "Not
Active" can not log into the site.
Permissions may be set to allow
individual players administration permissions to specific administration
areas of the site. |
 |
|
| EagleTracks'
maintains an ongoing handicap for each player in the group. The handicap
is calculated on USGA guidelines. (A minimum of 5 scores must be entered
to calculate a handicap using the USGA guidelines.)
Players have access to a printable
version of the handicap when they log in to the site. The site
administrator (or members with player administration permissions) may
print anyone's handicap at any time.
There is a publicly available link to
each players current handicap if needed. |
